RELEASE: I know that participating in a race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter unless I am medically able and properly trained. Having read this waiver and in consideration of you accepting my entry, I hereby for myself, and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Wilmington Area Education Foundation, Wilmington Area School District, all sponsors and volunteers from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, effects of the weather, traffic and road conditions.
